■INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
2 oz sakura shrimp
8 okura

3 Tbsps pasta cooking liquid
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 red pepper
★sauce
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sake
1 Tbsp mirin sweet cooking sake
■DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the seeds from red pepper. Cut the Okura into bite-sized pieces.
2. Bring the water and salt to the boil in a pot. Place the spaghetti in the pot to boil, and strain the water. (Reserve about 3 Tbsps of the cooking liquid)

3. Heat 1 Tbsps olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, and fry the red pepper. Add ★sauce and Okura and fry it for a minute.
4. Place the spaghetti and the pasta cooking liquid and 1 Tbsps olive oil in the pan over medium-low heat. Add half of the sakura shrimp, and mix all the ingredients.
5. Arrange the spaghetti in a bowl and garnish with remaining half of the sakura shrimp.
