Grilled Salmon and Avocado Rice Bowl

This is my favorite menu. Because it is easy and delicious! o(^▽^)o
If you like avocado, please try it.



INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
salmon fillets
1 avocado
1 oz cheese
1/6 head lettuce
2 donburi bowl portions of rice
sauce
 2 Tbsps soy sauce
 1 Tbsp  suger
 1 Tbsp  sake
 1 Tbsp  sesame oil
 1 Tbsp  vineger

DIRECTIONS
1. Grill salmon fillets until both sides are cooked.

2. Cube the avocado and cheese. Wash the lettuce and drain the water .

3. Put rice into individual donburi bowls. Place the lettuce, avocado, grilled salmon on top of the rice. Garnish with the cheese.

4. Combine the ingredients of ☆sauce. And add it to rice bowl.
