Sweet Pumpkin Jam

I made very tasty pumpkin jum!!
It goes well with bread and cream cheese. If you like pumpkin, please try it ♪

■INGREDIENTS
15 oz (1/2) pumpkin
1 1/4 U.S. cup orange juice
1.75 oz light brown sugar (or sugar)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut and pare the pumpkin. 

2. Put the pumpkin, orange juice, sugar in a pot, and place over a high heat. When it comes to the boil, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the pumpkin becomes the tender. 

3. Mash the pumpkin with wooden spatula over a low heat. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon powder and boil until it has thickened.



Using this jam, I made pumpkin cream cheese bread  (*^▽^*) ♪
