■INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
10 oz crushed tomatoes
1 (3.5 oz) canned tuna (except oil)
7 oz spaghetti
1/2 U.S. cup Sake Steamed Short-Neck Clams soup stock (or water)
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Basil leaves
1 red pepper
salt and pepper

■DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the seeds from red pepper.
2. Heat 2 Tbsps olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, and fry the red pepper. Add boiled tomatoes and tuna in the pan for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.
4. Place the spaghetti and Sake Steamed Short-Neck Clams soup (or water) and 2 Tbsps olive oil in the pan over medium-low heat. Mix all the ingredients. Try tasting, add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Arrange the spaghetti in a bowl and garnish with basil leaf.
